Business inquiries

We use your contact details, organization, location, and message to respond to your inquiry. Delivery is handled by our configured email provider. If you request a confirmation, we also send a transactional email to the address you supplied.

Participant interest

When you submit interest in a study, your name, email, optional phone number, location, chosen contact method, study identifier, and contact consent are sent to the WGR team by email. This does not enroll you or automatically send your details to the study sponsor. Please do not include medical records, detailed health histories, or other sensitive clinical information.

Study searches

The trial finder sends your search terms and filters through this website’s server to ClinicalTrials.gov. Study information is reorganized into a shorter overview and may omit detailed registry fields. Availability and eligibility are confirmed with the study team. We do not store your search history in a WGR database. Your browser URL may reflect filters so you can return to a search. Optional location-based search uses the coordinates you choose to share through your browser.

Site access

The site login is a sign-in interface awaiting connection to an authentication service. Passwords entered into the current interface are not transmitted or stored. Contact the WGR team to discuss account access.

Website operation

Fonts and website assets are self-hosted. No advertising trackers or nonessential analytics cookies are included. The cookie notice stores your acknowledgment in your browser so it stays dismissed on later visits. Hosting, study-data, and email providers process information necessary to operate their services.
